About Our Webcams
Who can access our webcams? Clients that have a dog checked into the facility and who have the service added to their reservation that day. Add the service when you make the reservation or at check-in!
How much does the webcam service cost? $4 per day or you can buy a 30 day pass for $10 (Pass expires 30 days after the date of purchase) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ADD THE SERVICE TO EACH DOG ONLY ONE PET PER VISIT
What if I am having technical difficulties logging on? Please email us here and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that the care of the dogs is our first concern as well as clients that are currently face to face with us. Emailed issues will be addressed quicker than voicemails as this is easier for staff to manage during busy times. Camera issues will be handled as time allows.
Why are the cameras on a schedule? Our staff is very busy throughout the day. We are offering the cameras to clients so that they can view their dogs playing and having a great time. We have selected times where that meets everyone's needs from dogs to staff to clients.
Why cant I see the kennel rooms lobby and training center on the webcams? We wanted to give clients the best views we could of their pups when they visit us. The five play areas selected will allow you to see your pups engaging playing and relaxing during their day.
Why did my dog get put in a kennel or go to "time out"? Dogs are like children. They get overstimulated, hyper and stressed in a group setting. Sometimes they need a break. This is okay! Imagine if you went to a "CLUB" with your friends for 8-12 hours in a day. You might put yourself in a time out for a few minuets.
Why didn't staff pet my dog when they jumped up on them. They clearly wanted to get attention. All your pups are loved and adored at The Bark Club. For the safety of all pets we try to limit physical petting. Some dogs resource guard humans and could become aggressive. Some dogs don't like to share our staff and want to keep them all for themselves!
Why is my dog laying down in group instead of playing? I want them to play more. Dogs sleep an average of 12-14 hours a day. Rest is essential in their health and well being. A dog that rests in a group setting is a well adjusted and comfortable dog. Think of it this way...If your dog is laying down and taking a rest with everything going on around them, they feel comfortable enough in their surrounding to be unguarded and relaxed.
Why isn't my dog playing with his best friend? We adjust our play groups according to the energy and behavior of each dog. We move our pups around to evenly distribute the energy and sometimes we need to split up friends. Don't worry, there are plenty more pups for your dog to play with. WE PROMISE!
