To ensure your pup has a safe, comfortable, and happy stay, please follow our feeding guidelines:
1. Personal Belongings
We do not accept personal belongings.
Please only send food and medication.
We provide beds, blankets, dishes, and everything your pup needsĀ during their stay.
2. Why Pre-Portioning is Important
Pre-portioning your petās food before boarding is essential for their health and safety:
Ensures each pup receives the correct amountĀ at each meal.
Prevents overfeeding or underfeeding, which can cause digestive upset or weight issues.
Helps staff maintain a smooth, stress-free feeding scheduleĀ for all dogs.
Allows us to quickly and efficiently serve meals, reducing wait times and minimizing food-related stress during group meals.
3. Dry Food
All dry food must be pre-portioned per meal, per dog.
Clearly label each portion with your dogās nameĀ and AM/PM meal.
If your dog free feeds, please pre-portion meals as above. We will leave un-eaten food with them throughout the day.
Dogs staying 30 days or longerĀ do not need to pre-portion their food.
4. Canned or Fresh Food
Canned, fresh, or refrigerated food may be sent in cans or original packaging.
Pre-portioning is not requiredĀ for these foods.
5. Treats
Treats may be sent in one bag or divided between meals, whichever is easiest for you.
6. Medications
All medications must be sent in their original containers.
Clearly label all medications with instructions for administration.
7. Storage & Bags
If you would like your food bag returned, or if you are a frequent boarder, we recommend using reusable bags.
Thank you for following these guidelines!Ā Properly prepared meals help us maintain a smooth, safe, and stress-free feeding routine for your pup while they enjoy their stay. šš
